I don’t know about you, but whenever I’m taking a holiday or break, I always feel better. Taking a vacation from the grind always makes me feel better, although I’m not sure if it’s the sunshine, the fresh air, or the people. Taking a holiday or break can be beneficial for many reasons, not just for mental health.
